We inspire, recruit, and train aviation professionals for JAARS so that the unreached can know God’s word and experience his love.
Aviation Training
As the Director of Fixed Wing Training and Ops, Rachael is coordinates fixed wing instructors and trainees. JAARS pilots receive continuous training from their first consult flight as a potential recruit all the way to their retirement. The main course is the 4-month pre-field orientation offered annually, but each individual requires additional specific courses. Check out the videos below to see some of the training JAARS offers.
Aviation Maintenance
Dan serves in the JAARS Repair Station helping to prepare technicians and aircraft for service here in Waxhaw, NC and with partner organizations overseas.
